£8 - £9 per hour
Temporary

I am currently recruiting for a temporary data entry administrator to join a leading health-care company.

This role is to support a project whereby their systems are being updated and they require data from their old system to be transferred to the new, with speed, accuracy and attention to detail.

Your daily responsibilities include:

·  Organising and collecting data to be entered into the CRM System.

·  Checking data for errors.

·  Reporting problems with the data.

·  Accurately entering information into various computer programs.

·  Keeping sensitive customer or company information confidential.

·  Carrying out desktop research

·  Manage subscriber data, import and data segmentation to support targeted email campaigns and monitor the campaign post-deployment to validate completion.

·  Be involved in research and information gathering including exchange of data with external organisations engaged on commercial research projects, and carrying out desktop research in house.

·  Input of new data onto database in a timely manner and with accuracy.

Requirements

·  Excellent keyboarding skills

·  Computer literate

·  Meticulous attention to detail.

·  The ability to use your initiative.

Experience of using CRM systems would be advantageous.
