We are looking for a Data Collection/Customer Accounts Advisor to join our client's team in Lutterworth.

Duties include;

- Collect correct data and information.
- Manage customer accounts.
- Complete data calculations and submissions.
- Understand relevant legislation's/regulations and how this will impact customers.
- Ensure the correct data and information is collected from customers for calculations.

Essential skills required;

- Experienced in dealing with data.
- Experience delivering high levels of Customer Service.
- Strong numeracy skills with high standards of data accuracy.
- Experience of using databases and bespoke software.
