Supporting the Data analysts to drive cost optimisation based on IT asset and service utilisation. Analysing cross regional best practice initiatives for implementation, analyse user satisfaction surveys, derive and implement improvement measures.

You will have quality improvement and change management methodologies expertise with strong customer focus orientation. Knowledge of ITIL V3, mainly incident and problem management would be preferable.

Working for this large client in the Poole area you will have access to free parking and canteen facilities, you will be available for a minimum of 2 months and be available to start quickly and work a 40 hour week.
