My client is seeking Danish Language Customer Account Advisors

This position will be based in Stoke on Trent, and is NOT suitable for candidates looking to work remotely.

The role is to communicate with Danish Customers via live chat, email and Telephone, with the highest levels of customer service.

SKILLS REQUIRED

The ideal candidates will be fluent in Danish with an excellent standard of both spoken and written English

Candidates must be available to work shifts, including evenings and weekends

Fantastic interpersonal, and customer service skills
