Our client is looking for a Customer Service Support Advisor to troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical issues over the phone. Previous experience of working on a technical help-desk would be an advantage but is not essential as full training on our client's products will be provided. You will however, need to be tech savvy with strong computer application skills including MS Windows, MS Word and MS Outlook - plus knowledge of both PC & MAC operating systems and internet browsers.

Duties will include:

·  Troubleshooting and resolving advanced technical issues

·  Providing and maintaining outstanding customer service and satisfaction

·  Assisting customers to resolve computer-related problems, such as inoperative hardware, software and network issues

·  Communicating with customers, colleagues, and other departments to facilitate the resolution of customer issues
