Adecco are currently recruiting for an experienced customer support/administrator to join the team of our client based within the health care sector.
Main duties:
· Answering telephone enquiries
· Dealing with people of all levels, parents, health visitors etc
· Booking/rearranging appointments
· May occasionally provide admin support to the health care visitors, at local schools
· Other general tasks as required
The successful candidate must have previous customer service experience and be able to manage their own workload.
A DBS check would be required. We can accept candidates checks as part of the yearly update service.
This is a temporary position to start ASAP, pending suitable reference checks and last initially until April.
