We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Customer Services Representative, start ASAP, duration 2 months, pay £13ph, full time hours.
Our client specialises in supporting listed companies to engage with their shareholders. This is a role for someone with experience in an inbound call center or helpline environment. Candidates should have a good telephone manner and experience in receiving ad-hoc telephone enquiries. Full training as well as a Q&A document will be provided.
· Answer incoming calls from our client's shareholders
· Answer questions asked to a strict Q&A and script
· Answer questions in a courteous and professional manner
· Clear and professional telephone manner
· Accurate and high attention to detail
· Experience of inbound call centers / helplines
· Financial Services experience a bonus
