Customer Services Professional
NG7, Nottingham
Temporary (until end of February 2020- may extend)
£10 per hour
Monday to Friday, normal working hours

Duties include;

·  Record, monitor and progress resolutions of complaints

·  Produce reports for internal and external customers

·  Assist with customer contact to reduce complaints and enhance the customer journey

·  Speak to customers on phone and resolve concerns to best of ability

·  Monitor the mailbox and respond to all emails within 2 working days

·  Liaise with different departments to investigate issues and resolve where possible

Experience required;

·  You must have experience in a Customer Complaints environment or similar

·  You must have a good telephone manner

·  Must be able to work well under pressure
