Adecco's client in the Wellingborough area have a fantastic opportunity available and are seeking a customer services co-ordinator to join there team.

Job Summary

Provide an outstanding Client Care package responding to client's needs in a prompt, polite and effective manner. Accurate completion and reporting of Projects and Uplifts and to providing 'Intensive Care' to new client's or those identified as experiencing any issues or concerns relating to the product or service.

*Proactive communication to clients to advise of any issues highlighted at the meetings.
*Follow up phone calls to ensure the service has taken place.
*Review the Service Delivery Report daily and follow up with a phone call to the clients for any deliveries that were late.
*Record and monitor queries raise on Salesforce and escalate to the relevant departments promptly.
*Attend the Non-Conformance meetings and engage in the investigations to assist in identifying the root cause of the issue.
*Record via Salesforce follow up calls made to clients and report the outcomes where required.
*Communication with Management departments to identify any issues with picking/despatching items and escalate to the department heads.

Location: Wellingborough
Salary: £21,000
Hours: Monday - Friday Flexible
