Adecco's client in the Wellingborough area have a fantastic opportunity and are seeking a Customer services advisor to join their team on a 12 months contract.
· Developing and maintaining good working relationships with customers both internal and external to the company;
· Maintain accurate customer interaction records; logging all enquiries, details and costs incurred to provide a full history report of each home, the buyer, its location and issues related to after sales;
· Providing the necessary fault report/information to the engineers so they can respond to customer call outs
· Update CRM database systematically with accurate information regarding all customer complaints.
· Ensure all internal and external correspondence is dealt with and responded to in an appropriate and efficient manner;
· Ensure efficient collaboration and coordination between departments as required; i.e. Sales team ref customer issues, Technical Team ref specification issues etc.;
· Identify and resolve issues efficiently and effectively to maintain customer expectations and service delivery standards;
· Resolve disputed customer issues in an efficient and timely manner;
· Developing and maintaining good working relationships with customers both internal and external to the company;
· Draft and send out quotes to customers and insurance company details as required;
· Effectively manage customer expectations, taking a firm but courteous approach where necessary;
· Liaising with and working alongside other team members and other departments within the company to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively;
· Maintain accurate customer interaction records; logging all enquiries, details and costs incurred to provide a full history report of each home, the buyer, its location and issues related to after sales;
· Oversee customer after sales enquires and ensure customer follow up is conducted within company service level requirements to provide a speedy, efficient and thorough service;
· Provide customers with information regarding warranty provision and ensure after sales courtesy follow up is conducted to assist with any discrepancies/shortages within the home;
· Providing the necessary fault report/information to the engineers so they can respond to customer call outs effectively;
· To communicate courteously with customers to progress issues and queries to a successful conclusion for both the company and customer at the earliest time;
· Update CRM database systematically with accurate information regarding all customer complaints.
· Assess liability for reported defects and consider warranty and contractual obligations before making decisions;
· Ensure after sales engineers receive accurate reports prior to visiting customers to ensure high levels of customer service are maintained;
