On behalf of my client based in Crewe, I am looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator.

This is a temporary position initially for 2-3 months with the possibility of becoming permanent.

If you are willing to learn, have a dynamic 'can-do' attitude, want to own responsibility for processing sales orders accurately and efficiently, can deal with orders from initial contact through to customer receipt, enjoy dealing with customers via inbound phone calls, emails, internet or social media? Then this could be your dream job

Whilst working with a range of products you will also be expected to ensure queries, quotes and price lists are kept up to date and undertake other general admin tasks such as filing and general letter writing.

Essential skills: Excellent computer literacy with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, email, internet and social media. Clear and concise communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to multi-task, work to deadlines. Organised.
