Adecco are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Executive to work for a well established, growing business based in Harlow, Essex. This is a 12 week assignment initially which will be based in a modern, busy office paying �10.00 per hour. The working hours will be 8.30am - 4.30pm, Monday - Thursday and 3.30pm finish on Fridays.

The main purpose of this role will be to provide information and advise customers on the products and services including prices and availability whilst maintaining a high level of customer service. The successful candidate will also be responsible for responding to customer orders and proactively managing account issues.

Key Accountabilities:

*Communicating with customers via telephone and email on a daily basis.

*Ensuring that you provide the best support and are accommodating the customers with their queries to the best of your ability.

*Demonstrate a good understanding of all products and services the client provides in order to relay this information to inbound contact.

*Identify any issues and take responsibility to ensure all queries are resolved.

*Liaise with other company departments to resolve customer issues.

*Providing technical assistance when required.

*General administrative duties.

The ideal candidate will have:

*Applicants will be considered from a telesales, call centre, customer servicer and administrative background.

*Proven experience within a customer service based role in an office environment.

*Confident in building good relationships and rapport with customers via telephone.

*The ability to work effectively under pressure and on your own initiative.

*Receive feedback in a positive manner and demonstrate positive attitude at all times.

*Good written and oral communication skills. Knowledge of internal systems/databases would be highly advantageous.
