Our Kettering based client, is seeking a suitably experienced Sales order processor to join their growing team on a 12 Month Contract. You will be responsible for inputting customer orders onto the company database using bespoke computer software.
Reporting to the Team Leader your main responsibilities will include:
* Manage client accounts
* Authorising pending orders
* Raising and chasing quotations
* Processing Purchase Orders on CRM system
* Keep customers informed of order progress
* Working closely with other departments to ensure orders are processed as efficiently as possible
* Other general administrative tasks
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
* Previous experience in a similar Order Processing role
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong IT literacy
* An excellent eye for detail and high standards of accuracy
* Organisation skills with a particular ability to prioritise workloads
* Good Geographical knowledge of the UK
Hours of work will be 8:30 - 17:00 with 30Min's Lunch
