My Client based in Northampton is looking for a customer service agents to take high volumes of inbound calls using a dialler, and deal with first line calls from customers.

The role is extremely varied as you will take all inbound calls to the organisation and you will be given full training on handling the calls or passing them to the relevant team. This is the perfect working environment for anyone looking to progress a career and secure a permanent role in the future.

It is daytime shifts between 8am and 6pm (8 hours); Mon- Fri with 1 Saturday in 3 (day back in lieu) The role in Ongoing with the opportunity to go permanent.

The ideal candidate will have a professional telephone manner and customer service experience, inbound call experience is preferred but face to face experience will be considered.
