My client, a hugely successful medical services company, is looking for friendly, confident and enthusiastic Customer Service specialists to join their dedicated and fast-paced team in High Wycombe, working Monday to Friday.

You'll be contacting your own group of clients on a regular basis to:

·  answer any queries,

·  ensure they have sufficient products and take new orders,

·  telling them about special offers and new products whilst,

·  maximising each order value and ensuring an excellent customer service

·  NOCOLD CALLING

·  updating all customer information onto the CRM system

Ideally, you will have a proven track record in customer service, together with excellent communication skills and a high level of flexibility. You should be influential and persuasive with an analytical and enquiring mind. You will be a good listener, a strong team player, be able to work to deadlines and have the ability to demonstrate empathy over the phone.
