My client is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their growing business.

You will be responsible for liaising with customers, providing product & service information, resolving any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency.

You will be answering a high volume of calls and making sure that you process sales orders within the agreed standards and targets.
