The Customer Service Representative will support our sales administration processes and ensure customer service excellence. Specific duties include:
· Review and expedite “over forecast” orders with Forecasting / Manufacturing
· Assist Sales Managers in resolving customer issues.
· Maintenance of the customer master, message screen, and cross reference files
· Recommend procedures to decrease chargebacks and ensure compliance with customer requirements
· Assist in the development of EDI Date mapping procedures to be implemented by MIS to meet customer requirements
· Assist in the training of new Customer Service personnel
· Assist the Customer Service Supervisor with special projects
· Management of QOE (Orders Held) bucket and resolution

Profil recherché

Qualifications :


·  High School or Post-Secondary education (or equivalent work experience)
·  Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or sales administration
·  Very good communicator, able to maintain a calm and professional manner in stressful situations
·  Strong Proficiency with MS Office Applications
·  Knowledge of SAP is favorable, however not a requirement
