We at Adecco Dundee are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our established clients for a Customer Service Representative to cover from the North East down to the central belt. This is a field based role and you will be responsible to visit your customers, ensuring a positive experience is maintained along with a high level of customer service.

Your main tasks will consist of:

� Regular service calls as per your weekly/daily planner

� Ensure all products are on site for the customer

� Ensure that all equipment is checked and maintenance checks are carried out

� To ensure that you have sufficient equipment with you to carry out your service calls

� Keep up to date with product/company information, legislative advice

� Product training up to date for yourself and customers

� To respond promptly to technical requests from customers and your line manager

� To provide a sales support function, providing potential new leads to the Sales team to grow the business

� Maintain weekly contact with your Line Manager

� Ensure all customer records are kept up to date

� To maintain and keep company property (work-wear, mobile phones, tablets) in good order/ working condition

You will be supplied with a company car, mobile phone and tablet and it will be your responsibility to ensure the car is maintained and is serviced. This role will also require overnight stays from time to time.
