My client in High Wycombe is looking for a Technical Customer Service Representative - Planner / Administrator, starting immediately.

Experience using SAP is highly advantageous.

Purpose of the role:
- To be the first point of contact for customers and their service requirements
- To pro-actively plan all field service engineer hours
- Provide support to field service engineers, service managers and account managers.

Responsibilities:
- Customer Management
- Order Fulfilment
- Long/ Short Term Planning
- Administration

This is a 38 hour working week - Pay rate will be £10-£12 per hour dependant on experience.
