EXCITING OPPORTUNITY for a bright, outgoing and energetic Outbound Customer Service Executive to join a hugely successful company in High Wycombe.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Making outbound calls and handling inbound customer calls to take orders and provide after sales support to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
* Build relationships with customers to maximise order values as well as develop new business opportunities within your area.
* Follow-up orders to ensure sufficient stock levels and timely order despatch.
* Process orders through to invoice and complete follow-up administration.

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

* Previous customer service experience within a telephone-based environment.
* Ideally, lead generation / telesales / sales experience within targeted roles.
* You'll possess excellent, clear communication skills over the phone and be confident building a rapport with people throughout an organisation.
* Enjoy working as part of a team, using your initiative, drive and energy to succeed.
* Be able to prioritise tasks to ensure you meet work deadlines
