Adecco are proud to be working with a large well established organisation based on the outskirts of Ashford who are currently seeking a Customer Service Operative to join their friendly team.
This position is to cover maternity therefore is a one year contract, ideally starting from 3rd September.
In this role you will be required to work 9am till 5pm Monday to Friday and must drive due to the location; in return you will be paid £11.31 per hour.
Experience within Customer Service is essential, your main duty will be to process orders via email and phone while delivering the highest customer service at all times. This role is B2B therefore experience within account management would be a benefit, always trying to up sell where possible. You will need to be competent with data input to ensure orders are processed smoothly and have a clear communication style.
