SUTTON AND KINGSTON

MONDAY- FRIDAY 9AM- 5PM

6 WEEK ASSIGNMENT

£11.11 HOURLY RATE

ASAP START

We are currently looking for experienced Customer Service Advisor to work for a Local Authority within Sutton or Kingston to provide online, face to face and over the phone customer service to customers within in the Boroughs.

Main duties will include:

·  To proactively and sensitively resolve customer complaints and issues

·  To maintain and update service request information on the CRM system

·  Maintain regular communication with other internal or external service providers, including partner organisations, customers and councillors.

·  To support councillors with the reporting and management of casework enquires.

The ideal candidate will have:

·  Excellent customer service skills

·  The ability to deal with complaints sensitively and calmly.

·  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
