Summer Assignment - Customer Service Officers REQUIRED!!

Short Term Summer Contracts - Self scheduling shifts available from July through to October 2018

Competitive pay rates - £9.50 per hr

If you're looking for a more rewarding summer, we're helping the East Midland line with their Chesterfield resignalling project which will positively transform the journeys of millions of people.

The project will start in July 2018 and as a direct result of the works Journeys will be affected whilst the work is completed. The public will need to use replacement bus services and familiarise their selves with a new and reduced time table across the project time line.

That's where you come in; Showcasing great customer service, you will assist passengers at one of the affected stations across the line by greeting customers and pulling out all the stops to make their journey that extra bit special in time of disruption.

To join our team in keeping the stations up and running you will be presentable, warm and friendly by nature and most importantly driven to provide a great customer experience every time.

We'll also ask you to:

·  Be available to work for a minimum period of 4 weeks

·  Be flexible to work shifts and weekends

·  Be able to get yourself to and from work in time for shift

·  Be happy to wear a uniform to work. We'll ask you to provide a basic uniform of black trousers/skirt and white shirt/blouse and we'll make sure you're one of the team by adding the finishing touches such as a company scarf or tie, branded Hi-viz name badge and lanyard.

We'll be holding hiring events from the 14 th June and the 18 th through to the 22 nd June 2018.
