Adecco Stevenage are currently recruiting a customer service assistant for our great client based in Luton.

The main purpose of this role is to patrol various car parks, resolve customer concerns and implement traffic control measures.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Undertaking regular foot patrols of the car parks
- Responding to queries and providing information to the public
- Monitoring activity in the car parks to deter criminal activity
- Maintaining good relationships with customers
- Completing relevant documentation as appropriate
- Issuing and examining tickets
- Painting car parks and associated areas as requested
- Removing graffiti from walls using appropriate cleaning materials
- Collecting and removing waste and refuse

A full UK driving license is required, company vehicle will be supplied to travel from car park to car park

Shifts are based on a 4 day on, 4 day off basis. Working 1200-2400

The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience or have worked in a similar environment.
