Main Goal

Responsible for management of all areas for the assigned Customer Service Team as relates to Order Fulfillment, Shipping and Invoicing of orders
Manage, train and develop the assigned Customer Service Team

Job description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Coach, lead and supervise Domestic or International Customer Service Team
• Coordinate and collaborate with other Sales Service Coordinators
• Provide supervisory back up as necessary for other Coordinators in the Department
• Handle identified and specific customer accounts as assigned
• Provide back up support for staff to cover planned and unplanned absences
• Develop KPIs to measure customer satisfaction
• Continuous review and updating of processes in Aquarius
• Develop continuous improvement actions- Contribute to systems and process improvement
• Develop, contribute, facilitate and implement best practices
• Develop productive relationships within the organization (Sales, Sales Planning, Plant, Supply Chain, Quality Control, Data Management, Credit and Accounting)
• Ensure good communication flow and collaboration between CSRs, Sales Staff, Business Managers and Sales Executives
• Work closely with Legal Department to ensure compliance with company policy and country regulations
• Work with Sales Service Manager to develop Budget and manage expenses
• Monitor and approve all attendance issues, including compliance with company policy and labor law as well as time off requests
• Professional phone skills with written communication skills to include excellent use of grammar and sentence structure


• BA/BS degree in a related field required

• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience
• Minimum of 2 years in Marketing or Administrative Services
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems such as JDE, SAP or Oracle a plus
