Adecco have a fantastic opportunity to join a well established company based in Newbury. Our client is looking for a Customer Service Co-ordinator to join their team permanently. The role is working Monday to Friday and offering a salary up to £22,000.

Duties and responsibilities include:

*Assist in quotations, ordering process and end of contract process
*'In-life' services including the management of customer requests for early terminations, contract amendments and price to purchase enquiries.
*To have a working knowledge and understanding of other customer accounts within the wider Customer Service Team, in order to provide cover and additional support when required.
*To attend review meetings with customers and/or suppliers when required.
*To support the Account Management team in the delivery of the customer development plan.
*To ensure system data and client information is always accurate and up to date.
*To work with colleagues to deliver seamless service in the resolution of queries and rectification of service failure.
*To behave professionally and commercially at all times.
*To maximise the quality of service delivery and to identify strategies and assist in the minimising of risk and cost.

Candidates will ideally have/be:

*A passion for delivering excellent customer service
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*A team player with strong interpersonal skills
*High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
*Organisational skills and ability to work to deadlines
*Professional and resilient
*Intermediate competence of MS Office products
*A minimum of 5 x GCSE passes at Grade C or above to include Mathematics and English Language or equivalent.
