Do you have strong customer service and administration experience?
Adecco Colchester are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join one of our established companies in Tiptree who is growing year upon year for a fixed 12-month contact. You will be liaising with numerous departments in a dynamic office within this customer focused position.
� Provide a high standard of customer service at all times
� Deal efficiently with customer queries from quotes to invoices to appointments.
� Maintain all customer records- ensuring that all data is entered accurately
� Liaise with all departments
� Contribute to all office administration
� Take ownership of booking in visits with customers and workers.
Previous Administration/ Sales Admin is essential
You will have the ability to be adaptable and to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
MS Office skills are required including Excel, Word and Outlook.
This is a fixed 12-month position with opportunities to stay on after this period.
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30- 5pm. Friday 8-4.30pm.
Salary: £18,000- 20,000 (Dependant on experience)
