Customer Service Co-ordinator
£19,000 per annum

Out client is looking for a Customer Service Co-ordinator to join their busy team. The role will involve providing stand out customer service on the phones to customer around the UK and also processing their orders and getting these packed and ready to sent out, while processing these through the internal system.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Providing excellent levels of customer service for inbound enquiries

- Discussing and advising on products, checking stock availability, processing orders and answering enquiries

- Dealing with any customer issues around the product or delivery

- Picking and packing the items from the stock room and arranging appropriate paperwork

Candidates must have the following:-

- The ability to confidently communicate with customers at all levels on the phone

- Have excellent attention to detail both written data and figures

- Be happy to spend some time on the phone and at a computer and also some time in the stock room, depending on workload

- Have proven customer service experience (phone based preferable)
