Our client, a market leading organisation based in the heart of Bristol have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join their expanding team. As a Customer Service Administrator you will be the first point of contact for customers. You will be responsible for ensuring that information is communicated clearly and that all customers receive an experience.
This is a great opportunity for someone with little experience who is looking to move into an office based role. Our client offers training, development and the opportunity to work in a well established, friendly and flexible office.
· Processing customer orders
· Dealing with customer queries via telephone
· Handling customer complaints
· Liaising with Account Managers and other departments
· Creating and maintaining customer accounts
· General office administration
