Job Title: Customer Service Agent
Shift: Daytime shifts between 8am and 6pm (8 hours); Mon- Fri with 1 Saturday in 3 (day back in lieu)
Duration: Ongoing Adhoc cover - possible temp to perm
Location: Brackmills, Northampton
My Client is looking for a customer service agent to take high volumes of inbound calls using a dialler, and deal with first line calls from customers.
The ideal candidate will have a professional telephone manner and customer service experience, inbound call experience is preferred but face to face experience will be considered.
