Our client is looking for an enthusiastic candidate who love customers to join their customer service team on a permanent basis.

Tasks:

◦Opening morning post and logging information
◦Answering phone calls - customer queries
◦Answering emails - customer queries
◦Process orders
◦Advise customers on their purchase
◦Processing information for repairs, refunds and replacements
◦Additional tasks as required by the team/ team manager

Skills & Experience:

◦Excellent spoken and written English
◦Good IT Skills
◦Good personal communication skills
◦Friendly and energetic manner
◦Polite and helpful attitude
◦Self-motivated work ethic
◦Willingness to learn
◦Good team player

Mon - Fri 9 -17.30

Saturday's may be required from time to time but no more than twice a month 9 - 17.30
