Manchester City Centre offices
Operating hours are - Monday to Sunday 8am to 9pm (there will be some flexibility on shifts)

· Support guests before, during and after their stay.
· Sales and upsell to guests and potential guests
· Effectively manage incoming contacts from guests & partners by any channel: phone, e-mail, chat, social media.
· Record specific details of customer & partner contacts & ensure actions taken on each and every case.
· Excellent communication skills - verbal and written - in German and English
· Recent Customer Service experience (in a contact centre environment preferably) or B2B support experience
· Fast typing skills with a high degree of accuracy
· Detail orientated
· Strong problem solving skills
