Adecco have a number of exciting vacancies for customer service advisors to work for a major client in Newcastle-upon-Tyne.
We have Inbound and Outbound customer service roles available
Pay rate £8.43 per hour
£37.5 Hours per week
Must be flexible to work hours between 8am and 10pm 5 over 7 days
City centre location with excellent transport links.
Temp to Perm opportunities (subject to meeting criteria)
The Successful candidates will work within a national helpline providing support to employers so that they can engage in apprenticeships.
· You will respond to inquiries from customers via Telephone and E-mail.
· Ensure that all service users receive the best service
· Provide personal and tailored advice.
Full training will be provided.
We are looking for candidate with the following skills and experience.
· Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent
· Customer Service Experience
· Excellent telephone manner
· IT literate
