My Hanley based client are looking for Call Centre Advisers to join their expanding team. This role will initially be a temporary position but could become permanent for the right candidate. Working on a 6 week rota between the hours of 9.00am and 8.00pm. Duties include receiving calls, processing paperwork onto in house system, dealing with queries and following up enquiries. Previous call centre experience is desired but not essential.
Ideally you would have a background in loans, insurance or anything financial, great customer service experience and be able to handle large volumes of calls
