We are looking to recruit Customer Service Advisors based in our client site based in Kirkby Liverpool - L33 7RX
We have various start dates in June and July and all roles are FULL TIME
There are NO part time vacancies available.
There roles are on going so wouldn't be able to accept applications from students.
The role will involve taking inbound calls from customers and dealing with general enquiries on behalf of DWP / Universal Credit.
The role also requires you to have good customer service and data entry skills so therefore good IT skills are essential
Hours of work - Mon - Fri and you are required to be fully flexible to work between 08:00 - 18:15
You will also need to supply a DBS - if successful we will advise what is required from yourself.
