We are currently recruiting in-bound Customer Service Advisors to work for our client in Barking. The hours are working on a shift rotation between 5pm and 9am. Our client can be flexible with working hours for the right candidates.
If you have any previous experience of working in a contact centre or have dealt with any housing, benefits or social services queries within local government that would be advantageous. You will be delivering a high quality customer advisory service to both internal and external customers of our client.
The duties of the role will involve providing and efficient, polite and effective service to the public for a variety of calls including advice and reporting services and out of hours emergency call handling.
Suitable candidate will be able to work a variety of shifts during evening and night working hours including some weekends. You will need to have excellent listening and communication skills coupled with attention to details. You will also need to be flexible in your approach to work, have the ability to work under pressure and deal with sometimes complex queries.
In return our client is offering a good rate of pay, regular hours with the opportunity of overtime and these roles may go permanent.
