Adecco currently have an exciting permanent opportuntity as a Customer Service Advisor to join our clients team in Doxford, Sunderland

Rate of pay: £15k to £17k

Hours: You must be fully flexible between the hours of:

Monday - Friday 8am - 9pm

Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays 08:30am to 6pm

Contract: Full time, Permanent position

Start date: 19th July

Description:

Effectively handling customer calls and providing a second-to-none customer service, whilst also managing to work within agreed mandate levels and achieve your performance targets.

Using effective questioning techniques to learn about each customers unique needs as well as assessing their current financial situation and exploring the most suitable and appropriate way forwards for both the customer and the business.

Providing information to the customer that is clear, concise and adheres to regulatory frameworks and legal requirements at all times.

To be considered for the role, you must have the following:

·  Skilled in communication, problem-solving with the ability to work with the customer.

·  Enjoy taking ownership and responsibility of your work, having both the skill and confidence to work through a variety of different scenarios as well as knowing when it is appropriate to escalate matters further.

·  Have the ability to identify opportunities for both process and performance improvement at a personal, team and departmental level.

·  Excel in managing challenging scenarios through your ability to build swift rapport with the customer and respond effectively in line with customer needs.
