Our respected client is looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor/Administrator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. This role has the opportunity of progression to Customer Service Supervisor for the right candidate in the future.
This is an integral role within the business and you will be first point of contact for all customers and suppliers. It is essential that the customers and suppliers are given a first class customer service and responded to in a professional and timely manner.
Duties will include:
-Dealing with customer orders over the phone
-Tracking deliveries and pro actively updating customers
-Providing customer quotes
-Raising purchase orders
-Updating the company system (they are in the process of implementing new systems so you will need to be adaptable and open to learning)
-Managing company paperwork
The ideal candidate will:
-Be able to work unsupervised and be trustworthy
-Have a strong background in Customer Service and Administration
-Have excellent attention to detail
-Ideally have a background in using a CRM system although this is not essential
You will need to be flexible in this role as it is ever changing and duties/responsibilities will develop over time. It's a fantastic opportunity for a strong, charismatic candidate to make this role their own and be successful.
This role is full time Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm although hours could be slightly flexible.
