Our client, a leading organisation in the customer service industry, is seeking a talented individual to join their team as a Live Chat Agent.


·  Respond to live chat and email inquiries from customers and clients regarding delivery requests, item faults, and complaints.

·  Demonstrate confidence in handling various issues and conducting thorough investigations to resolve problems effectively.

·  Provide prompt and accurate information, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a high level of professionalism.


·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.

·  Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.

·  Ability to work effectively in a shift pattern of 5 over 7 days, from 9 am to 5 pm.

·  Must be a team player and able to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
