Location: Liverpool, UK

Schedule: hybrid, includes working on Saturdays
Salary: £24,000 - £25,000 per annum

Responsibilities:

·  Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via email and web chat platform.

·  Assist customers with product information and order process.

·  Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

·  Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent service delivery.

·  Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the customer experience.

·  Handling communication on various platforms including social media

Requirements:

·  Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably with Zendesk expertise.

·  Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

·  Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

·  Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

·  Flexibility to work Saturdays as part of a rotating schedule.
