40 hours per week between 8am-8pm (will cover some weekends)

Job Duties:

·  Answering incoming calls ensuring excellent customer service throughout

·  Answering customer queries relating to the browsing of their car to the delivery / after purchase

·  Updating and maintaining customers details on the company database

·  Being professional, helpful and supportive, ensuring we are exceeding customers' expectations at every opportunity

·  Building a rapport and assisting all customers to resolve any complaints/issues

What you'll need:

·  Experience within a customer service or call centre environment

·  Outstanding communication skills with an eye for detail

·  Able to work under pressure in a fast moving, ever-changing environment

·  A focus on quality, taking pride in your work and willing to go the extra mile

·  Great communication and problem-solving skills

·  Good understanding of IT and CRM systems
