On behalf of my client based in Crewe I am looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Advisor/Order Processor. Working as part of a small and friendly team you will be responsible for taking orders from customers over the phone, pricing, monitoring stock levels, raising invoices, seeing order through to delivery, resolving queries and and complaints. This is an ongoing temporary role initially for a period of up to 3 months maybe longer.
