Adecco are looking for passionate and highly motivated Customer Service Agents, who aim to provide a high standard of customer excellence on behalf of our prestigious multinational Client and their customers.

Customer Service Agent

As a Customer Service Agent you will be the first point of contact, and will provide a personable and professional service, effectively communicating with customers of all levels. There is no element of sales within this role, in the sense that there will be no cold calling to prospect customers.

You will be situated in our vibrant, friendly and energetic contact centre in Newcastle under Lyme, which is local to the town and its amenities.

Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours Monday - Friday flexible between the hours of 8.00am - 8.00pm

Salary : £9.25 per hour

Duration : Temporary on going

Location: Newcastle under lyme town

Responsibilities:

·  Receiving and making a high volume of inbound calls direct to customers

·  Building relationships and maintaining contact from first point of contact and throughout until completion of work carried out

·  Update on the progress of engineering work and appointment times

·  Effectively coordinate and schedule Engineers to allocated assignments in different regions

·  Updating the client database and archiving documents

·  Confirming and verifying that the allocated work has been completed

It would be great to see candidates with:

·  Previous contact centre experience

·  Proficient in Microsoft Office essential

·  A geographical awareness of the area when scheduling Engineers

·  Previous experience within Facilities is desirable

·  Passionate about delivering excellent customer service

·  Excellent telephone manner essential
