Adecco's client in the Wellingborough area have a fantastic opportunity available and are seeking a Customer Service Advisor.

Job Summary

To provide excellent customer service responding to client's needs in a prompt, polite and effective manner. Duties include:

·  Taking incoming calls from customers for stock enquiries

·  Placing orders on SAP system

·  Creating and maintaining relationships with existing customer base via outgoing calls

·  Supporting BDM's through teamwork

·  Placing direct orders to factory

·  Arranging container deliveries and invoicing

Experience:

·  Previous experience as a Customer Service Advisor in a similar role

·  Have a methodical approach to work and pay attention to detail

·  Have the ability/experience in dealing with difficult customers either on the phone, via email or in writing

·  Have a confident telephone manner

·  Feel comfortable up selling products on the phone

·  Be competent with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

·  SAP experience is desirable

Location: Wellingborough area
Salary: DOE
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:45am - 5:15pm
