TEMPORARY OPPORTUNITY (Immediate start)

Our client based in Coleshill is looking for a customer service representative, Monday to Friday (9am to 5.30pm)

£7.83 per hour Plus Pension, Free Parking and 28 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays

Your responsibilities will be,

·  Taking calls from customers

·  Dealing with refunds, damages, taking orders and taking payments

·  Using 2 screens and multiple applications at one time

·  Able to work to SLA's and as part of a team with volume calls
