Adecco Durham is currently recruiting for Inbound/Outbound Customer Service Advisors to work in the Crook area.

This is a permanent position with a well established company.

Recent customer service experience is required.

The ideal candidate will also:

* Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.

* Have an upbeat and positive attitude.

* Have good communication and listening skills.

* Deliver a consistently high standard of professionalism to customers.

* Have an excellent telephone manner.

* Solve problems in a logical and timely manner.

* Use their own initiative.

Rate of pay are extremely competitive and are dependent on experience.

Working hours:

Monday- Friday, 8.30am-5pm
