Calling all Customer Service Advisors! I am currently recruiting on behalf of a well known client within the City Centre of Norwich. This is a fantastic opportunity for a 2month contract.

Salary £9.35ph

Duties include:

·  Supporting customers self servicing their products

·  Ensure all conversations are conducted on information only basis to support customers make informed decisions on products.

·  Help retain customers by building relationships with them by giving them factual information

·  Deal with any concerns/questions they may have.

·  Receive and make calls to customers

·  Provide information only to customers in a way that they understand regarding

·  Update information onto the in house system
