Do you want to work within a fast paced Customer Service Role ?
Main duties of the role include -
Handle customer enquiries via incoming and outgoing telephone calls, email and correspondence including -
Booking service visits, identify and order spare parts and accessories.
Taking ownership of customer queries and follow through to completion.
Responding rapidly to all inbound customer calls observing the current service level agreement.
You will ideally come from a customer service/call centre background, have good telephone skills, be customer focused. Must have good data entry skills and able to work under pressure.
The working hours are -
Monday - Friday working 37.5 hours per week between the hours of 8am - 8pm on a rota system. Working 1 in 3 Saturdays between the hours of 9am - 5pm and 1 in 7 Sundays between the hours of 9am - 4pm.
