Customer Service Advisor (3-6 month Contract):

Full Time

Monday -Friday 8-4, 9:30-5:00,12:00-8:00 (1 Saturday per month 8-4)

Hourly Rate: £9:00-£9.50

Duties:

·  Business to Business Customer Service dealing with corporate companies that currently have an account.

·  Taking a high volume of calls and responding to a high volume of emails from customers that need assistance with their corporate card or company account.

·  Providing advice on account set up and processing new account applications

·  Basic Administrative duties

The candidate should posses the following:

·  Good listening skills

·  Good attention to detail

·  Good time management

·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·  Proven experience within Customer Service (call centre preferred)
