Adecco have an exciting opportunity to join our Client's exceptional Customer Service professionals working within their Collections Team.

Start date: We are looking for you to be able to start on our planned training induction date confirmed on: 16 July 2018.

Salary: £15,000 to £17,000p/a dependant on your skills and experience in line with the requirements of the role.

Working pattern: Rotating Shift Patterns across our centre opening hours which include:

Monday - Friday 8am - 9pm,

Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays 08:30am to 6pm

Job Description:

We're currently recruiting talented and enthusiastic people to join our Customer Assistance team in Doxford specifically working with customers in financial difficulty.

Making and taking customer calls, you'll be working through their financial circumstances, providing them with the relevant support & guidance they need to successfully move forward with their mortgage.

You'll be responsible for negotiating optimum payment arrangements and ensuring that the best outcome is reached, for both the customer and the company.

Your experience.

For us, your personality and your life experience are of the upmost value. We look for effective communication skills and an ability to handle customer account queries professionally and efficiently in a contact centre environment.

Having experience in a similar role is ideal, but it's not essential, holding previous Customer Service experience & responsibility of your work, along with the skill and confidence to work through a variety of different scenarios is important to us.
